You can get the list of rules with bookmark by searching the keyword “bookmark” in the chm documentation corresponding to the CAST version you are using.
How to acces schm documentation of a CAST version?
For example: To access chm for 7.0.18 version, in 7.0 official documentation: User Guides > CAST Metrics and Quality Rules Documentation. Then select metrics_7018.chm
