CAST Engineering Dashboard - Information - Create new user on dashboard

Purpose

Creating logical user with limited access to dashboard result and pages.

Applicable in CAST Version

Applicable RDBMS

Details

1. Login to dashboard with user VPAD OR CAST (Default Admin).
2. Select Quick access (from drop-down).
3. Select Access To Users Administration Page (Down left).
4. Select User administration.
5. Add user .
6. In user configuration provide ID, Name, Password
7. (one can define new user to provide limited access to dashboard)
   • Here, one have option (Check-box) to assign user with admin privilege.

Notes/comments

Note : Here Admin does not correspond to  any database, here Admin is only for dashboard who has access to whole application dashboard along-with they have right to create logical user.
