Purpose

This document details CAST’s Agile Onboarding Process and the checklist templates used. The agile process is recommended to implement in a measurement program with .management visibility – it helps in quick onboarding with minimal technical documents needed from the application team.

Applicability

An Iterative Agile process is recommended to implement a measurement program with management visibility – it helps in quick onboarding with minimal technical documents needed from app teams and helps to avoid tunnel effects. Agile onboarding will have three iterations and will not have any custom solution implemented.

Roles & Access Rights

CAST Highlight provides access rights at three different levels.

Portfolio Manager: A Portfolio Manager is the administrator. This user has access to all pages in the organization’s CAST Highlight instance.
Application and Domain Contributor: A Contributor is the role traditionally assigned to an application owner.
Result Viewer: A Viewer is the role typically assigned to an executive member of the organization.
