38466	Fixes an issue causing extraction result differences when unchanged schemas are hosted on Oracle 11g and 19c - ‘REF CURSOR’ and ‘PL/SQL RECORD’ parameters.
38051	Fixes an issue causing the extraction process to hang when extracting Oracle Private Synonyms. The fix forces the “optimizer_mode=all_rows” mode for Oracle 19 extractions.

SCHDB-142	A change has been made to ensure that when the extractor logs a validation error (i.e. to say that an object has been found that contains inconsistencies which prevent it from being extracted) the specific object name and type is also logged. Previously the log only stated that an invalid object had been found, without specifying which object it was.

Support for extraction of databases hosted on Azure SQL instances.	The CAST Database Extractor now supports the extraction of databases hosted on: Azure SQL 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2014. These databases are handled as if they are Microsoft SQL Server instances.
