Object Selection (on Specific Objects) |
This step is used to select objects stored in the Knowledge Base that will be incorporated into the Report.

Notes
Please note that this report only works with a few selected objects. Selecting an entire application could cause the authorized memory limit for program execution memory to be exceeded. In this case, an “Out of memory” message will be displayed, causing the application to become unstable. If you want to create a report on an entire application, please use the Standard Documentation template, which can be accessed in the Template Selection screen in the Report With Predefined wizard.
Left hand column
This section displays the contents of the Knowledge Base i.e.: its various sub-items (instance, schema/database, object types, objects and applications). You can browse the tree structure with the mouse to find the object(s) you require. Selecting an object causes all of its "children" to be automatically selected as well. This is indicated by a check mark in the object checkbox. Some handy and useful shortcut keys also exist:
