This issue handle the case when you get the error "Error while loading JDBC driver org.postgresql.Driver":

Step by Step scenario

1. Open TCC.
2. Open a connection profile.

Action Plan

1. Check if you are able to connect using CAST-MS if yes then do to the next step else check whether the JDBC connection is working, for this please refer to Tools - JDBC Tester to check the JDBC connection, if the JDBC connection test failed then it's expected to get this error, please check your JDBC configuration, else go to the next step.
2. Check if you have not changed or removed one of the file or directory from CAST AIP install directory, this issue was already encountered after renaming the 3rdPartiesJars directory, Please keep the install directory as it was when installed.
