Step by Step scenario

  1. Take 2 snapshots
  2. Open TCC and go to the Data function Results Node

Action Plan

  1. If the previous snapshot was performed with a service pack prior then 7.3.4 and the second snapshot was performed with a service pack greater than 7.3.4, then this can be due to the corrected bug of datafunction that was having more then one merge mother which was not correct, in order to check this, please perform the following query on the knowledge base corresponding to the previous run SQL Queries - CAST Knowledge Base - Corruptions - Corruptions on datafunctions - How to list the merged item having more than one merge root. If it's not the case then please go to the next step
  2. Check The transaction configuration:
  • Check if the added datafunction was not an excluded item in the previous run, for this please refer to the following official documentation Excluded Items
  • Check if the added datafunction is not configured as a data entity in the previous run but it is configured as a data entity in the current run, for this please refer to the following official documentation Data entity

If the above steps don't help you to resolve this issue then please contact CAST Technical Support and provide us with the following Relevant input
