Purpose (problem description)

When using a source extractor from a TSQL database (see the documentation here for more details on this functionality: CAST Database Extractor), the following error is seen during the extraction:

I/O Error: SSO Failed: Native SSPI library not loaded. Check the java.library.path system property. This is shown in the screenshot below:

Step by Step Scenario

Run the extractor against a TSQL database

Action Plan

This error has been seen with database systems that have Windows authentication that have not been properly configured.

Perform the below action:

  1. Verify that you have properly configured the extractor for Windows authentication by following the section 'Specific situations: Windows authentication' on the documentation page: CAST Database Extractor - Source panel
  2. If this does not resolve your issue,contact CAST Technical Support  with the Relevant input
