Action Plan
When an issue occurs during the SAP Extraction :
- Make sure that you have filled the fields of the ABAP extractor accordingly with the scope you need to extract as explained in the CAST SAP Extractor NG - ABAP source code extraction - 8.3.x - 8.2.x - 8.0.x page
- Check in the page CAST SAP Extractor NG - FAQ at the section What errors I can encounter when running the CAST SAP Extractor? if the error you are facing is already handled.
- If the ABAP Extractor troubleshooting guide does not help you to resolve your issue, identify the type of issue :
- If the extraction has stopped abruptly, it is a fatal error.
- If the extraction goes to the end but error appear during the extraction, it is a non fatal error.
- If the extraction never ends, it is a performance issue.
