Problem Description
For Windows, the machine user name i.e. the Full Name has to be less than 30 characters (including the domain) else we will not be able to use any of the cast products that take into account the windows log-in.
The impact of having a full name more than 30 characters can be
- Unable to use Cast AIP.
- Unable to run any operation that involves synchronization.

Action Plan
This error is due to the fact the (user name + domain) sometime can have a length higher than 30 characters and we on AIP we have a restriction where the username cannot exceed 30 characters.
You can proceed in two ways to workaround this issue.
- Modify the user name to match this criteria (length lower than 30 characters)
or - Create and use a local admin user on the analysis machine with a user name less equal to 30 characters.
