Purpose (problem description)
When installing CAST, the installation fails with the error 'The system cannot find the path specified. The log file will show something like this:
"The system cannot find the path specified.
Volume in drive D has no label.
Volume Serial Number is 0AE9-39FC
Directory of D:\CAST
File Not Found"

- Try to install CAST
- Error
Action Plan
Perform the below actions
- Download the file: Clean_Setup_83_Installer.txt
- Rename the file to *.bat
Run the command from the command prompt (this batch file cleans up registry entries which have become corrupted, allowing the installation to proceed)
Clean_Setup_83_Installer.bat version=83
- If the problem you are facing do not match any case listed above, contact CAST Technical Support with this relevant input.
