Setup - Installation - Fatal Error - The system cannot find the path specified - Windows User with special characters

Purpose (problem description)

When installing CAST, the installation fails with the error 'The system cannot find the path specified.

Step by Step scenario
  1. Try to install CAST
  2. Error
Action Plan

The error occurs because the Windows User Login where we are trying to install CAST AIP has a special character <!>

We currently do not support the User name containing special characters ( ! and %).

To solve the issue,

  1. You need to create a Windows Login without special characters and then run the installer again. 
  2. If the problem you are facing do not match any case listed above, contact CAST Technical Support with this Relevant input.
