Server Manager - Launching Server Manager - Error - The program can't start because mfc120 dll is missing from your computer

 When trying to open Server Manager an error is encountered which says:  "The program can't start because mfc120.dll is missing from your computer"

Below is the step-by-step scenario leading to the incident

1. Launch Server Manager.

The impact of the incident on the analysis or the dashboard is:  No further actions can be done as server manager cannot be opened to create the bases.

The issue is caused by the corrupt or missing mfc120.dll.

1. To solve the issue, you need to reinstall the Microsoft Visual Redistributables 2013
