Open Server Manager
This error occurs when CMS/server manager is unable to create files, which usually happens when CMS doesn't have write permissions on the folders mentioned in CastGlobalSettings.ini which is located in the CAST installation area.
- See if the values for CastGlobalSettings.ini have changed
- Verify that for the default settings in CastGlobalSettings.ini (if no modifications have been done) or the modified settings are directories which the user can write to
- It may be required as well to add the variable " CAST_CURRENT_USER_PERSONAL_PATH " in CastGlobalSettings.ini . See Appendix - Modifying default CAST data storage locations
