Server Manager - Launching Server Manager - Error - Duplicated Package information

When starting Server Manger especially after deploying an official CAST UA and following the instructions to copy the UA files to the ProgramData area, you notice the following message in the server manager log:

Duplicated Package information: XXXX

and server manager will not allow you to proceed.

A specific example would be if you had deployed the CAST PHP UA and you then see the specific message:

Duplicated Package information: ADGVIEWER_UA_CoE_PHP

1. Download new version of a CAST UA
2. Install UA components in the ProgramData area
3. Start Server Manager to install new databases with new version of the CAST UA
4. Server Manger produces error "Duplicated Package Information" and will not continue.

This can be a problem if you have downloaded and installed the beta CAST AIP extensions. 

1. Check whether you have installed beta CAST AIP extensions. If you are unsure whether you have the beta CAST AIP extensions installed, check whether you have a directory 'customplugins' in your CAST installation directory which would be an indication that these have been installed. The beta CAST AIP extensions and the CAST UAs are not compatible.
2. Remove beta CAST AIP extensions If you no longer want to use them, for this.:

1. 1. stop all CAST processes
   2. uninstall CAST AIP
   3. make sure that your CAST installation directory and programdata directories are completely empty;  If they are not, then you will need to manually empty them.
   4. install CAST AIP

After this do the steps for your CAST UA as per the documentation for the CAST UA you are trying to install.

Impact of issue:  Not able to use Server Manager with new CAST UAs
