Step by Step scenario
  1. Launch Server Manager
  2. Select particular schema(KB/CB) 
  3. Right click and perform Component Reinstall

Below steps will help you in case any of the view  from KB is missing in your KB and this is impacting your Snapshot. As an example consider the view cdv_javadoc

  1. Open Server manager and connect to the server database.
  2. Select the local database of the application and perform a component reinstall.
  3. Usually, this action should create the missing view but it is noticed that even after performing the component reinstall this view is not getting created by Server Manager. When the view is not getting created by Server Manager, you can create the missing view manually by following below methods:
    1. Copy the particular view content from any other KB of same AIP version you are in and run it on your KB with issue
    2. Create fresh triplets on the same AIP version as you are in and copy the particular view content and run it on your KB. This should create the missing view in your KB with issue.
  4. If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input for CAST Technical Support to reproduce the issue.

Please note that the issue of  server manager not able to create the missing view cdv_javadoc by component reinstall is fixed in 8.3.11.
