1. In order to proceed with the below steps, get the Relevant input: Report Center Component - Relevant Input
2. Always use a CAST AIP setup installation. For reproducing issues, flat installation is not recommended because the analysis/snapshot may fail. This can be due to files that are missing in the flat installation.
3. Import the local database as Report Center only works on a local database
4. Follow the exact steps provided by the user to reproduce the issue. Report Center has several different ways of running reports so it is essential to make sure that you have a detailed set of steps the user has followed
