Health Dashboard - Run Consolidation - GUI - Error - Failed to read SYS PACKAGE VERSION relation sys package version does not exist

HD consolidation fails with the below error -

Failed to read SYS_PACKAGE_VERSION (ERROR: relation "sys_package_version" does not exist Position: 22)

1. Create measurement base
2. Launch HDConsolidation-GUI.exe
3. fill the fields with appropriate central base, measurement base name & connection details
4. Run consolidation

This error occurs when the schema does not exists or is not a cast schema.

1. Check if you have a typo in the name of the database
   
2. Re-do the consolidation after entering the correct schema name.
