Action Plan

Perform the below actions

  1. This problem is generally the result of using the improper version of CAST AIP with HD.

    For Example: If your measurement base is in CAST version 8.1.0 and central base is in CAST version 8.3.3 then you should open the HD from 8.1.0 Cast AIP installation folder. If you use the HD from 8.3.3 CAST AIP then you will end up with the above error.

    1. To resolve, when the measurement database and central database versions are different then make sure to open consolidation from the same version of CAST AIP as the measurement database. The versions of the database can be confirmed in Server Manager. See this documentation for more details: SRV - Server Browser

  2. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the following Relevant input
