Step by Step Scenario
- Open Enlighten.
- Provide the connection details (Server name, Port, Username, password).
- Try to connect and you will get an error.
Action Plan
The root cause of the issue is that the CSS server has no knowledge schema installed.
As per design when Enlighten is connecting to the server it tries to find knowledge base of the same version as CAST AIP and if it does not find any, it raises the error “ Can't connect to server or can't find any Knowledge Base ”.
This is a normal behavior of the product.
- Ensure that you have created the knowledge base schema's which correspond to the same version of Enlighten.
