Purpose (problem description)
This page handle the case when all Quality rules related to a technical criteria are zeroes while the technical criteria is not zero.

Step by Step scenario

  1. Run full snapshot.
  2. Open ED.
  3. Navigate to Quality Model Tile.

Action Plan

  1. Check if the table DSS_MODULE_LINKS is corrupted - SQL Queries - CAST Central Base - Corruptions - How to detect and correct corruptions in the table DSS_MODULE_LINKS

    1. If there is corruption then correct the corruption by following the page SQL Queries - CAST Central Base - Corruptions - How to detect and correct corruptions in the table DSS_MODULE_LINKS. Note that this issue has been fixed starting from Cast AIP 8.1.1.
