This page will help you to understand the issue where Impacted transaction list is empty with TQI filter in Dashboard as shown below:

Step by Step scenario
- Deploy and configure ED
- Navigate to Transaction view
- Select any transaction with TQI filter and observe Impacted transaction list is empty
Action Plan
If you observe that Impacted Transaction list is empty in dashboard when you filter on TQI then, please check the below points:
- This is a normal behavior since Impacted transactions will be visible for only Robustness, Security and Efficiency health factor filter . So you need to filter on specific HF to get the Impacted transaction list. Even though TQI is combination of other HFs, this particular feature will not work unless you select any particular HF out of Robustness, Security and Efficiency. This is as per the current design.
