Engineering Dashboard - Tiles - Empty tiles

This page helps to troubleshoot issues when the tiles are present but are empty in ED.

1. If a value for a particular feature is missing then select the appropriate feature from Engineering Dashboard Component ED and type of problem. Example if you have violations missing then it should be Engineering Dashboard - Violations - False or no violations . Else if the entire tile is empty then follow the below steps.
2. If you have configured a custom tile then check if the configuration is correct using the page - CAST-AED - Tile management
3. If the tile is not a custom tile or if the configuration of the tile is correct then
   Select the section you are interested in.
   
   • Engineering Dashboard - Tiles - Empty tiles - Application components tile is empty
   • Engineering Dashboard - Tiles - Empty tiles - Critical Violations tile is empty
