Step by Step Scenario

Below is the step-by-step scenario leading to the problem:

  1. Take snapshot.
  2. Open ED.
  3. Compare Quality model tile results with CMS summary results.
Impact of the Problem

The impact of the problem on the analysis or the dashboard is:  No impact

Action Plan

This is an expected behavior, in fact the number of computed quality rules from CMS summary represent the number of all executed quality rules during snapshot computation, while the number of computed quality rules from ED tile represent the number of quality rules having a grade, i.e the quality rules that have as a result a total procedure = 0 will not be present in the ED. As an example, if you have a JEE application that don't use Spring, and the quality rule is for Spring then the product will execute the quality rule for JEE but no total will be computed.

  1. Refer to the following page that provide you the query that check the quality rules which have total checks as zero SQL Queries - CAST Central Base - Queries on Metrics - How to check if some metrics have Total Checks equal to 0
