  1. If you are using the embedded dashboard and have been deleting snapshots and have issues with the list of applications coming up, then please do the steps below to resolve.  R&D is currently investigating this to be fixed in a later version of the embedded dashboard:
    1. Remove the applications with no snapshots manually from the domains.properties file.

      1. To check this you can run the query below on the associated central database and see if there are any results
        1. select * from dss_snapshots
    2. Restart Dashboard service.

  2. Select the section you are interested in.
  3. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input:
