Purpose (problem description)
This page is a troubleshooting guide for problems during extraction of Siebel Project sources where 0 objects are extracted for each siebel object types :

Step by Step scenario
- Deploy the Siebel package by following the documentation
- Launch DMT to extract sources
- Extraction is successful but with 0 objects extracted
Action Plan
- Obtain the Sherlock export (containing extraction log inside delivery folder)
- Check the configuration in the DMT
- Follow the below steps to check if your configuration is correct :
Figure 2 - In the package editor, provide a package name and enter the relevant values in "Where is your source code?":
- The user name in the credentials used for the connection
- Select "Project" in the field "Repository type"
- Provide the schema that contains the Siebel tables. If you have specifies XYZ as schema name then ensure that the schema XYZ contains the siebel source code by checking if S_REPOSITORY table is present in the schema XYZ.
- Enter the Repository ID that corresponds to the Project.
- If your configuration seems to be correct yet the extractor is not able to extract the objects then contact CAST Technical Support with Relevant input.
- Follow the below steps to check if your configuration is correct :
- Even after checking the configuration, if you are getting 0 objects extracted then contact CAST Technical Support with Relevant input.
