Description
After copying the contents of folder ToBeInstalledInSCDFPlugins to the <Delivery_folder>\plugins folder, Peoplesoft is not present in the list of vendor specific repository as shown below

Step by Step Scenario
Install the PeopleSoft Language Pack 5.0 version
- Copy the contents of folder ToBeInstalledInSCDFPlugins to the <Delivery_folder>\plugins folder
- launch the DMT
- Try to add package and see that Peoplesoft is missing from the list of vendor specific repository
Action Plan
The issue occurs because the contents need to be unzipped as well after copying.
- Unzip the files inside the plugin folder using any tool like 7zip to get directory structure
