*Purpose

This page will help you solve problems when Update Sources step crashes.

A crash is an unexpected issue that stops the analysis.

In such a case, the analysis log file is not complete and does not contain any error explaining the reason for the crash, and the CAST AIP task window also gets stopped with an error message.
