Action Plan
  1. Identify what the type of issue is :
    1. Open the CAST-MS log file location
    2. Search for the statement: starting Task Create  source set for
    3. If after that line, nothing appears after a long time, it is a performance issue.
    4. If the Create source set step is failing with an error message, it is a Fatal Error.
    5. Navigate to the below pages :
