Internal exception occurred during processing listener CUniversalAnalyzerAction::launchPreprocessing on instance CAST_UA_Preprocessing #3 : error retrieving language pattern file for language SHELL

1. Configure a UA Shell analysis.
2. Run analysis.
3. Open Log and see warning messages

These warnings mean that the Shell extension is not installed or not properly installed on the analysis server.

1. Look for the below warning at the beginning of the analysis log file

   Analysis log file

   Extension com.castsoftware.shell at version 1.0.x cannot be found on machine, so it is desactivated. Please install it.

   If you find it, it means that Shell extension is not installed on this server. Use Extension Down loader or go to CAST Extend and install it

2. If you do not find it, the warning means that your Shell extension installation may be corrupt. Un-install it using Extension Down loader and re-install it using Extension Down loader or CAST Extend
