The Universe MUST be located at the default installation path:
  C:\Documents and Settings\castadmin\Application Data\Business Objects\Business Objects 6.0\universes
If this is not the case, no Document>Universe links will be identified by the analyzer and a warning will be displayed.

Please verify that Universe is located at the default installation path as given in the warning

Warnings related to Hidden data

Universe files are often stored in a hidden directory. To display those folders, in Windows Explorer, enable the ability to display hidden files/directories. You will need to close CAST Analysis Manager and then re-open it following the change.

Failed to open or could not open warnings

When you see the message "Failed to open universe 'xxx'" when doing an analysis, check that the files are not in read only mode.

Warnign related to "Connection does not match", Scehama not registered, 

These warnign seems to be because of incorrect DB configuration. Please verify and correct the Connectiosn, DB Schemas etc. in the connection used by an universe, by choosing File/Parameters in BO Designer after opening the universe.
