Internal exception occurred during processing listener CUniversalAnalyzerAction::launchPreprocessing on instance CAST_UA_Preprocessing #3 : error retrieving language pattern file for language PHP after which the snapshot generation errors out with empty module error :

Step by Step Scenario

Action Plan
This warning indicates that the UA PHP language profile is not found during analysis.
- Confirm that the configuration files are placed in the location mentioned in the file as detailed in the following page:Appendix - Modifying default CAST data storage locations
- Check the key CAST_ALL_USERS_PATH in CastGlobalSettings.ini file (file can be found in CAST installation directory)
- If the above solution does not solve your issue then contact CAST Technical Support with the Relevant Input to reproduce issue.
