Purpose (problem description)

While running security for Java extension you will get below warning in the analysis log:

[com.castsoftware.securityforjava] Missing CastIL translation project file project.xml file : I:\Implementation\LargeStorageArea\LISA\7886be2cf3c34d09a9f38371c6651e17\Scrc9c497db3c16445ebf5efd567ee4b665\project.xml

Step by Step scenario

  1. Package and deliver an application in DMT
  2. Accept the delivery
  3. Run the snapshot
Action Plan
  1. The warning is coming while running Security For Java extension as seen in the analysis log.
  2. Open CAST-MS and check if User Input Security is enabled in your CAST-MS.
    If the option is not enabled then you will get this warning. In the below screenshot User Input Security is not enabled.



    To enable user input security click on the green plus icon as seen in the screenshot below.



  3. Also, verify if SecurityForJava extension is installed in the bases by checking it in Servman. For more information see this page
  4. Run the snapshot. If the issue still exists contact CAST Technical Support with Relevant input
