Between CAST versions 6.0 and 6.4, changes were made to the way in which Universal Analyzer profiles are interpreted and as a result, some of the existing categories and properties are now deprecated.
If the error "Invalid catergory ... failed to process job" is displayed during a Universal Analyzer analysis, check the Universal Analyzer profile for any unsupported categories used in the xxxMetaModel.xml file.

FOr example, the Release Notes stated that the category "ESCALATION_ALL" is desupported, so to check if this category is being used in the Universal Analyzer profile, follow the below steps.
- Open the Universal Analyzer profile contained in the xxxMetaModel.xml file
- Search for the category "ESCALATION_ALL"
- If this category is found, then the Universal Analyzer profile requires updating
- Refer chapter 4.4. UAObject and UAProject categories in the Universal Analyzer Framework Admin Guide and update the UA profile.
