Generate a PDF report each time a snapshot is generated

The Loglines generated by this task is shown below

CAST-MS<ID>.log.txt

This section lists the information logged into the Cat-MS log file when the Task Dashboard automation is run.

The below log messages indicate that the report is being generated and shall be found in the location of cast.web.home.
