The "Dashboard automation" step fails with error "cannot open xxx"

Step by Step scenario
- Package the source code
- Run the snapshot
Action Plan
Note that this error appear after the snapshot get completely generated in Dashboard Service (CB)
Only Dashboard automation is not performed (Automated Action Plan and PDF generation if configured on Dashboard)
Perform the below actions
- Check whether the Dashboard URL could not be accessed by CAST MS
- Check whether the URL is valid by using another browser
- Check whether the Web Application Server is started
- Check whether the firewall settings allow CAST-MS to reach the Web Application Server
- Relaunch the automation part from the Dashboard administration pages
- If the computed snapshot does not appear on CAST-MS, launch action "Synchronize" on Dashboard Service
- If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input
