CMS Snapshot Analysis - Compute Snapshot - Fatal Error - Error while loading transaction configuration center parameters

 While running the first snapshot after migration, it is failing with the error "Error while loading transaction configuration center parameters"

Below is the step-by-step scenario leading to the problem:

• Package the source code and deliver
• Accept the delivery and set it as current version
• Run the analysis and snapshot.

The impact of the problem on the analysis or the dashboard is: The snapshot will crash in between and we would not have the expected result on the dashboard.

To fix the problem, proceed as follows:

1. Import AssessmentModel in CMS.
2. Save the changes made in CMS.
3. Repeat the snapshot on the applications, the snapshot would not give any fatal errors.

Snapshot will be generated as expected.
