 Try to Accept delivery in CMS, for 2nd or higher version

This happen if the files specified in the message is being referenced by any other application is already open.
Solution is to check

  1. Whether the folder and files specified in the message is not locked by another application (Eclipse or other)
    or
  2. Is not already open.
