CMS Application - Delivery - Add version - Fatal Error - Failed to create temporary file for jnidispatch library - FileNotFoundException

 When using CMS, you may get the error:

Failed to create temporary file for jnidispatch library: java.io.FileNotFoundException

as shown in the screenshot below.  This has been seen during the accept delivery operation as well as the creating a new version operation in CMS.

Below is the step-by-step scenario leading to the problem:

1. Perform either the create a new version operation or the accept delivery operation with McAfee anti-virus running in the background.

The impact of the problem on the analysis or the dashboard is:

No further version can be created.

To fix the problem, proceed as follows:

1. Disable McAfee anti-virus

The anti-virus program in this case was causing the issue while trying to properly perform these operations.
