CMS Application - Delivery - Add version - Fatal Error - Content is not allowed in prolog

When adding a new version, the fatal error - Content is not allowed in prolog - occurs in the add version log:

INF: 2023-09-18 13:24:30: Adding version 'XXX'

INF: 2023-09-18 13:24:30: Running DMT command

Using arguments:

AddVersion

-application: XXX

-oneApplicationMode: <guid>

-logFilePath: <log path>

-storagePath: <storage path>

-guid: <guid>

-name: XXX

-releaseDate: YYY

-activateDiscoverers: ZZZ

-copySources: false

Error: Internal error occurred.

The application is closing. Call CAST support now providing the log file at C:\Windows\Temp\DMT.log.txt

1. Open CAST MS
2. Add a new version in CAST MS

The error message is displayed when the file localpswds.dat has unrecognizable characters for DMT which is causing the issue.

Please do the following to resolve:

1. Save the current localpswds.dat file
2. Replace the file that has the problem with this one:  localpswds.dat
3. Add a new version and see if the issue is resolved.
