CMS Application - Delivery - Accept Delivery - Fatal Error - The Program Delivery Manager Tool has not ended correctly- errorcode - 1000

This page outlines the error that is encountered when we try to accept the delivery.
When you accept the delivery, you might face the below mentioned error

This is a generic error when due to some issues with the delivery, it cannot be accepted.
If in case the Packaging of the source code from the DMT is incomplete i.e. one out of the many packages shows the content state as "Not packaged" then the delivery cannot be accepted.

1. Package and Deliver the source from DMT.
2. Launch CMS and select the application to be managed.
3. Try to accept the delivery.

1. This issue is due to one or more packages which have not been packaged successfully. So the solution is to do the packaging once again and ensure that every package is packaged successfully.
2. The issue may be because of few operating system files which are present while packaging the source but not when accepting the delivery. The page would give you the details of the files which are not part of the analysis yet present in the source code and which may affect the packaging process, disk space and the memory while packaging.
