CMS Application - Current Version - Fatal Error

1. If the current version fails with the error about an invalid entity.xml file with a premature end of file message like in the below log screenshot (for help with finding the logs please see this page for information CAST Management Studio - Information - How to find logs):
   
   
   Then check to see if the entity.xml file reported in the log is empty or incomplete (the last line of the file should be just the line:
   </document>
   If it is empty or incomplete, then it will need to be restored from a backup copy of the delivery folder and then the 'set as current version' operation can be retried again with the proper file in place. If there is not a backup copy available, then please contact CAST Technical Support with below relevant input. 2. Otherwise Report your problem to CAST Technical Support with below relevant input.
