Action Plan
- Check if the object is visible from Enlighten - ENL - Links, If the object is not visible from Enlighten then refer to Enlighten - Objects - Missing objects for more investigation
- Else If the object is visible from Enlighten then perform the extract in Debug mode - CAST Imaging System - Information - Export application in debug mode and contact CAST Technical Support and provide the knowledge schema.
- If the steps above does not help to solve the issue then contact CAST Technical Support with the following Relevant Input
