Purpose

This page handle the issue of False link from Transactional view . For example when you are not expecting to get a link between the below objects you get a false link.

Action Plan
  1. Check if the link is visible from Enlighten - ENL - Links
    1. If the link is visible from Enlighten then the false link should be investigated at Enlighten stage. For that refer to  Enlighten - Links
    2. Else If the link is not visible from Enlighten then the false link should be investigated at Imaging System stage. In this case perform the extract in Debug mode - CAST Imaging System - Information - Export application in debug mode and contact CAST Technical Support and provide the  knowledge schema.
  2. If the steps above does not help to solve the issue then contact CAST Technical Support with the following  Relevant Input
