Step by Step scenario
  1. Try to update users and roles 
  2. Observe it is not reflecting in Imaging
Action Plan

If you are unable to get the users and roles updated in Imaging then please perform the below actions :

  1. Issue could be due to the login cache. So to invalidate this change the invalidation timing to 30 sec in the application.properties file.
  2. Restart the imaging service
  3. If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input
