This page helps you to troubleshoot the problem where the Sum of values under Nb. column in the Critical violations panel does not match with STATISTICS in the left hand panel.

In the Compliance - Application Level the sum of the values highlighted does not match with the count displayed under STATISTICS as seen in the below screenshot.

Step by Step Scenario
  1. Take an analysis and snapshot.
  2. Check the dashboard results.
  3. Critical violations count displayed on the Compliance - Application Level does not match with the count displayed under STATISTICS.
Details

This is expected behavior. The reason being - The number displayed under the "Statistics" in the top left is number of objects for critical rules. But the number displayed in the "Critical Violations" table is the number of "bookmarks" on violations.

If you click on any of the rules displayed in the table Critical Violations, you will be navigated to the Investigation - Quality Model Drilldown View where you will see the Failed Checks equal to this number. In the example, the Rule - Pages should use error handling page is selected and the landing page gives 142 Failed checks.
