This page helps to troubleshoot issues where the transaction is missing on the dashboard in the Risk Indicators - Transaction Level view.

Action Plan


  1. Select the section you are interested in.

    If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page then follow the below steps
  2. If your problem is None of the transactions are displayed with a message "No items to Show" then please refer to page - CAST Engineering Dashboard - List of XXX - No items to show . Else if there is one or few transactions missing then follow the below steps -
  3.  Check if the transactions entry point are violating Security, Robustness or Efficiency quality rules
    1. If it not violating any of the quality rules belonging to these health factors then it is expected behavior
    2. Else if it violating and still you are not able to see the rules then go to next step
  4. Check if you have selected the option Don't Show in the dashboard for the analysis unit

    1. If you have selected the option Don't Show in the dashboard for the analysis unit then its an expected behavior for the transaction to not show up in the View. Uncheck the option 'Don't show in the dashboard' and rerun a snapshot and analysis and the transactions will show up on the dashboard.
    2. Else if you have not selected this option and then please contact CAST Technical Support and provide the Relevant input

Check if the transactions entry point are violating Security, Robustness or Efficiency quality rules

For this, please proceed as follows:

  1. Get the name of the valid transactions (non 0 FP) from TCC for example:

    12177476;"getDocuments";"BTT Request Config"
  2. Now from the Dashboard do a search for the entry point name (in our example the the entry point name is "getDocuments").
  3. Validate if the object is violating any quality rule under the health factors - Security / Robustness / Efficiency
