List of 50 Rules with Highest Improvement shows some violation twice, with different compounded weights and improvement gap numbers, but when one clicks on them then ends up in the same page.
As you can see the above image the rule "Avoid declaring Non Final Class Variables with Public or Package access type" is showing up twice. The reason for different compounded weight is because the same rule contributes to two different Business Criteria.
This can be seen if you search for the rule name in the search box at the top left. The search results will show the rule and beside it the BC & TC it is contributing to.
This bug is planned to be fixed in CAST v7.2.6
