Step by Step scenario
  1. Launch dashboard from CMS (Open CAST Portal)
  2. HTTP ERROR 404 occurs on the login page

Special Case

CASE 1
Check if the Central Base has been imported from any other server and in the CMS the connection profile has been updated with the correct hostname,port, etc as shown below & the dashboard and analysis services have been discovered in the Services List.

Reproduce the problem
  1. Import the customer CB
  2. In the CMS update the connection profile with the correct hostname, port and the dashboard and analysis services have been discovered in the Services List
  3. Launch the dashboard from CMS
