CAST Engineering Dashboard - List of XXX - No items to show

Purpose

This page helps to troubleshoot issues where the list of items is not displayed on the dashboard, instead there is a message saying No items to Show.

For example in the below screenshot you can see that the message No items to show is displayed instead of showing the list of Transactions

If the above pages don't resolve your issue then follow the below steps -
Identify the SQL query responsible to display the data on the dashboard by following the page - CAST Engineering Dashboard - Information - How to identify and execute SQL query involved in data display
Execute the identified SQL query using PGAdmin
1. If the query does not return any row(s) then it is expected to get "No Items to show" this is a data issue. If you do not agree then report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input:
2. If the query returns row(s) but after a long delay then this is a performance issue,
